Along with a group of designers, I was tasked with redesigning the website for Melbourne’s Living Museum of the West, an ecomuseum in Maribyrnong. Approachable and friendly, the design uses a legible typeface and warm colour palette. The predominant use of greens aims to capture the significance of nature to the LMW, and the graphics made correspond with a vibrant range of colours taken from site images of the museum. Geometric shapes are also used throughout the website, taking inspiration from the LMW logo and museum exterior, which creates an intriguing and playful experience for viewers.
